It’s been a week since I had a beer.
This is my first time (by choice) not drinking that long. My first dry spell was a deployment in 2018 for 6 months, and I was in the best shape of my life and felt the best in my own skin.
So here we go again.
I hate my body. Not like how I look so much, but how it feels. I don’t feel healthy at all.
Im going TDY this week, so working out is going to start next week. I’m going to run this week still, but not lifting. I’m going to start a “diet”.
I’ve been in a “Macros” group since that deployment but never counted. So, tonight I downloaded the tracker and I’m starting. (Hopefully I Can still drink monster or else idk how I’ll survive :/)
