This year just feels so different. I don’t know what it is. Is this what a little experience being 30 does for someone?
Okay – 2025 goals. No one is perfect, but this is what i want to do or start to do/try to do, whatever you want to say. I know I won’t do everything, but even starting it within the next 12 months is the goal.
- READ MORE BOOKS. My goodreads goal is 20.
- Spend less time on my phone and doom scrolling
- No buy/Low buy trend (post to follow).
- Look into/start my masters
- Declutter/Minimize
- No more excuses.
Daily goals. yes, jess, every day, girl.
- Walk. I literally own a treadmill, there’s no excuse. But at a minimum walk around my block one time OUTSIDE.
- 10 push ups and 10 sit ups MINIMUM every day. It takes literally 20 seconds to complete.
- Less monster. No vaping. More water/tea/coffee from home.
- Personal Hygiene. Depression is so crazy that I have to add this…
- Reaaaddddddd
- SLEEP
- Tidy up (at least vacuum and have an empty sink)
- + my chore of the day
Weekly:
- BLOG
- junk journal
- take donations to the Airman’s Attic
- Little Library replinish/shopping
- digital organization (unsubscribe from emails, photos organization on pc)
- Car wash/vac
- MEAL PREP for work lunch
Monthly:
- Mom & Dad only date
- Hang out with Kyla
- Go to the zoo
- Go through closets/toys to donate/rotate
- Filters/Salt
Sounds like it should be so easy. But my normal is no one elses and I can’t compare myself.
Here’s hoping I can also do Project Pan and use everything I already have without buying anything new, and then replacing those items with what I have found that is non-toxic. I swear, if TikTok goes away, i’m going to lose so much information. (Obviously I can find it somewhere else)
I’m going to start putting myself first without fear of judgment.
