The majority of this blog (right now) is going to be all about me anyway, but here’s just a list of facts about me. Use this list to see if you can relate to me. I’ll attach post to each fact as they come to be written.

1. My name is Jessica Montaño. If you’re curious what Mom-taño is it’s a) a typo on my last name on some vet records that made me laugh and b) I’m the mom!
2. I am married and a mother to 2.
3. I was born and raised in southern Illinois, near St. Louis.
4. I joined the Air Force in 2015 as a photojournalist.
5. I currently own a dachshund and a domestic shorthaired kitty.
6. I love all things outdoors. Geocaching, hunting, fishing, hiking, exploring, etc.
7. I was a cheerleader in high school, and plan to some day coach a team.
8. I LOVE baseball and hockey. (Go Dodgers! Go Lightning!)
9. I’m majoring in Journalism and Media Communication.
10. I love DIY, thrifting, gardening, journaling, drawing.
11. I love capturing anything and everything in a photo or video.
12. I spend way too much money, but I’m slowly and terribly working on my debt and savings.
13. I LOVE ANIMALS. All animals. I love reading about them, watching shows, learning everything I can.
14. I enjoy working out!
15. I do not have a lot of friends and I suck at making new ones – but I do have a core group of my girls.
16. I love traveling, but also suck at traveling. I’d opt in for a road trip before a plane ride.

As things come to mind, I’m sure I’ll add them, but yeah.. that’s me.
